HEAD OF TRADING - PIERS CURRAN
Piers Curran started his career in the global markets, asset management division at HSBC before gaining recognition as one of the largest intra-day traders in the futures market, trading fixed income spreads, currencies, commodities and equity futures, as a senior trader for US firm GHTC.
In 2009, Piers co-founded Amplify Trading in the position of head of trading. Since then the firm has expanded into the technology space where their proprietary software has now been adopted for training traders at some of the world's largest financial institutions.
MANAGING DIRECTOR - WILL DE LUCY
Will has over a decade of institutional trading experience and takes responsibility for leading the risk management of the Amplify Trading team. His speciality is in behavioural finance and trading psychology and works closely with the traders at Amplify Trading to help them perform to the best of their abilities.
HEAD OF MARKET ANALYSIS - ANTHONY CHEUNG
Anthony has worked at the forefront of news and analysis for over a decade specialising in providing breaking news to proprietary traders across the world. Anthony now heads up the trading arm of Amplify Trading and provides daily analysis to our in-house and remote traders from our London trading floor.
HEAD OF TRADER DEVELOPMENT - SAM NORTH
Sam started his trading career in 2014 when he was successfully backed by Amplify Trading after completion of his training and traded a live futures account before joining a small hedge fund trading systematic intraday strategies across asset classes. He returned to Amplify Trading full-time in 2015 and now acts as the head of trader development.
SENIOR TRADER - TIM DUGGAN
With a deep background in technology and the Oil and Gas sector, Tim has been trading equities for 15 years and futures from 2015. Having traded for Chicago proprietary trading firm Geneva Trading, Tim has also traded Oil and FX futures for Genesis capital in Australia. Tim trades across multiple futures markets with a specialism in Oil futures, options and derivatives. He also runs the elite trading training for Amplify Trading and can be found daily in the live trade room.
